A boy and his guitar

So something came in the mail today:

Dad capturing the moment: a boy and his guitar.

I’ve already decided on a name: Prudence, as a little tribute to my favorite rock star anime minus the bullet holes in Ryuski’s Les Paul Standard. There’s more photos and whatnot on Facebook (sorry Jamie), though I doubt the people who actually read this care enough to look at even more photos of the same thing, plus I couldn’t get the photo gallery on WordPress to format properly.

Now back to my readings on the Soviet Union. Screw it, I’m going to play Grand Theft Auto IV then go to sleep early – relatively.

i looked at your facebook!
it was weird seeing the living room and not the basement even though ive been up there before. looking at those pictures reminds me of when you used to send me lots of pics and ask me which ones look better.
all in all, im happy for you and prudence!

Beautiful. Simply beautiful. Did you know the Beatles song is named after Mia Farrow’s sister Prudence Farrow? Your next guitar should be named Mia.

P.S. Don’t even try to temp me go on crackbook again. 22 days and going strong.

Matt, You need to WATCH BECK AGAIN! ITS FRICKEN AWESOME. For shame is right! If you need them i have them on files (on a CD of course) but i hate the dub version so you will have to suffer and watch it with subs.

The Ships’s Voyages…I feel technological know-how just causes it to be worse. Now there is a channel to under no circumstances care, now there will not likely be a opportunity for them to find….

While we are always addressing bullying with my daughter, and the importance of telling us if she was being bullied, I think it’s also imperative we have the conversations with respect to the importance of NOT being the bully as well. As we like to believe our children would NOT bully another, we aren’t there on the school grounds, on the bus, etc. 24-7. We need to communicate not only the impact of being bullied, but the impact on others if our children are indeed being the bully. It broke my heart to hear Amanda’s story – my heart goes out to her family at this time!

It also seems to be the custom for those British PMs who don’t go to the Lords.Heath was still in parliament, for instance, in the first term of the Blair government, retiring only in 2001. Churchill also stayed an MP in very old age.Blair, I think, is the exception.Gordon Brown is now a backbencher, and hasn’t indicated any intention to leave The Commons as far as I know.

i’d love to see one of those things being used by cops in greece. drunk rioters would easily turn this into a nasty flaming vehicle of death that would shoot petrol bombs and flares

Yesterday we came this close to turning on the heat so fall is creeping in. Today the temps are going to be a little warmer, but still pretty fall like and rainy too. Music can almost always lift my mood. Or bring it low, sometimes music makes me a good kind of sad. I know that sounds nuts but I think you will get it. Have a great day!
