If you’re wondering, yes I’ve given up on my self-imposed ban on posting until school business is done. This is just way too distracting.

although this doesn’t really do anything and probably costs way too much, me likes

@sammie: ti is true, it does absolutely nothing like the other stupid toy figurines i have downstairs. I don’t normally go out and buy designer toys and crap like that, but this i like. still… i might balk.

Comment from sammie - February 2, 2009 at 7:03 PM

so how much is it? your birthday is coming up!

Comment from Sam - February 2, 2009 at 9:57 PM

yes, i agree with both of sam’s comments.

p.s. the gaslight anthem are coming to plaza club in april and i know that you like them so i thought i would let you know. also, their song the 59 sound is on the hmv radio playlist.

@sammie: don’t bother, way too much. but if you know where i can get it here in vancouver or online through a retailer based in canada, that’s a birthday gift in of itself. the shipping costs for this thing will decimate my bank account.

@Sam: nice, I will have to check that out

Comment from sammie - February 3, 2009 at 2:05 AM

holy shit, its $450.00. please don’t buy it and spend your money wisely.

Comment from Matt - February 3, 2009 at 3:01 AM

@sammie: haha yeah, that’s why i’m kind of balking at the price.

but hey look, is that really the worst thing I could spend my money on? compared to say, this?

Comment from Jamie - February 3, 2009 at 11:11 AM

Holy shit $450.00? That’s a hundred bucks more than my Marc Jacobs watch. Son, you could get something much doper than that. May I suggest this (Yes I know its for ladies, but it looks like the Mighty Boosh Logo):

Comment from Matt - February 3, 2009 at 12:35 PM

@Jamie: you have a 350 dolla watch?? what kind is it? the sidney skull does look pretty cool, though these days i might be leaning more towards seikos and casios for my next watch haha. ghetto is the way

Comment from sammie - February 3, 2009 at 2:37 PM

id rather you get neither haha i would rather spend that money on food. i know you like food. how about an ice cream cake? ill chip in $5 if you share the cake with me.

i like your adidas watch! keep it. at least a watch has a practical use… this mouse sadly does not.

Comment from Matt - February 3, 2009 at 4:25 PM

@sammie: soooo temptong… I found a site that has it for 100 or so less

Comment from Meghan - February 4, 2009 at 12:10 PM

Son, I want this! Now if it crapped out gold, it’d be totally worth it!!

Comment from Jamie - February 4, 2009 at 6:57 PM

I lied I have a $300 dollar watch. I have this one:
(Price is in American Dollars). Watches are the only thing I will actually invest money in. I had a sweet cuff Kenneth Cole watch that lasted for 5 years – it still works but I couldn’t get a new strap. Casios are pawesome thiugh, I also had a Baby G in high school that was pretty rad because you could made this pixel dude dance when a timer went off.

Comment from Matt - February 4, 2009 at 8:22 PM

@Jamie: i was kinda leaning towards a watch like that if i were to ever buy another one. something simple, easy to tell the time and won’t piss me off when i’m trying to figure out when lunch time is. i have enough trouble trying to tell time with an analog.

@Meghan: it’s close!

Comment from sammie - February 4, 2009 at 11:22 PM

100 isnt bad. you could get that for you bday!!

Comment from Matt - February 5, 2009 at 3:43 AM

@sammie: was the price you posted in US? cause mine was 250 something – not including shipping – in US. that’s still pretty freakin’ expensive.

Comment from sammie - February 5, 2009 at 11:02 AM

I don’t know but I’m guessing it was a US price. I’m sure we can round up enough people to chip in unless you want t shirts for your birthday which was the original plan.

Comment from Matt - February 5, 2009 at 3:11 PM

@sammie: dont get the mickey, at this point its absurdly expensive. I wouldnt feel good if i got something like that as a gift
